Refund policy

Any order purchased from sutgres.shop can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. If not completely satisfied, simply return the product for a prompt refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Return Process:
1.Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box.
2.Include your order number, email, first and last name.
3.Indicate the reason for the return.
4.State if you would like a refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original seller.
